I’ve just returned home from a day procedure at The Mount. What a pleasant & calm process it all was. Admissions staff were super friendly & helpful, loved the South African blonde lady who checked me in, so nice. Then ALL of the nurses on the day ward were just gorgeous. So kind & showed genuine concern for my welfare, even though it was only a simple procedure. It felt professional, safe & calming. I’ve had quite a few procedures/surgeries over the years & this tops the list. To the managers of The Mount; your employees are doing you proud & should be commended. Thanks guys! 😊

I was admitted for my second day procedure at this hospital on Friday morning. Again, my experience was delightful. The admission staff were friendly, polite, and efficient and I was soon shown into a shared room by a nurse who made me feel as if I was the most important patient. When my turn came, she took me to pre-op, wrapped me in a warm blanket, and handed me over. The aneasthiologist came and walked me into theater - there was a lot of joking because I was uncertain how to lie on the table. I awoke in recovery and soon my nurse came and took me back to my room and brought me sandwiches and coffee. When I was dressed and ready to leave she walked me to the elevator and said goodbye. I thoroughly recommend Mount Hospital for its friendly, efficient, no-fuss staff and system. Thank you everyone who took care of me.

Back home now after the best part of a week at the Mount, I can't thank them highly enough for their care. The Dr's, nurses, physios and staff in Wandoo ward were absolutely fantastic and made my stay so much better than it could have been. Their care was second to none over the last week.

Thank you to the beautiful staff in the theatre recovery ward the 4 nurses i had over night were awesome i was in for baratric surgery and anything i needed they were always there to help i was well looked after, even reception was helpfull great experience at this hospital even the theatre staff were so compassionate and lovely before i entered the surgery room would like to thanks to my doc dr gong i had so much trust in him and he delivered would recommend ...the rooms were a but dated but it didnt bother me i didnt need a 5 star hotel i was comfortable and warm 5 stars mount bay

Had an overnight stay after a surgery! Facilities was well maintained and all looked very clean. Special mention to Fauze/rauze worked the nights shift on 2nd floor Monday night, best nurse ever! Very attentive and very helpful! Probably the dream person to take care of you when you unwell! Rose and Yurenka? Was also very friendly and attentive and made you feel at ease. Not sure about some of the negative remarks here! But it can get very busy and resources can often get stretched. Thank you from me

From the surgeon to the nurses, everyone I encountered during my surgery was absolutely amazing. Dr Kern did an amazing job and the nurses went out of their way to make my experience a pleasant one. I’d recommend Dr Kern and all the staff here in a heartbeat.

Outstanding staff in the out patients today, so friendly and caring. Nurses on the pain management ward were fantastic, really showing care and support and making us feel comfortable at such a stressful time. Thank you

I really Can’t fault anything about my stay. Yes, I experienced pain and agitation at times due to recovering from surgery. But every nurse responded and cared as if it was their pain. They were cautious in sending me home too early to monitor a few things related to an old spinal injury. Food was good- very healthy options and probably came out healthier than I went in. Everyone always checking on my Pain which was great as I didn’t want to disturb them at times as I turned out to be a bit high Maintenance but felt I could ask at any time. It felt like the staff had done some sort of empathy training as I’ve never experienced that level of care before. So just wanted to say thank you. Because on some of your worst days you really need good people around you.

My heartfelt thank you and gratitude to all the staff at The Mount Hospital. I went it for spinal surgery just recently February From the moment I entered the hospital the kindness and professionalism from all the staff was so uplifting and caring. I am truly grateful to my spinal surgeon Dr Ghoshal and team for their professional care and compassion they show. Knowing I was in the safest hands. Dr Ghoshal words cannot express the many lives you touch. Also to all the Nurses and Physio’s that cared for me the warmest thank you. Especially Nurse Neena was pure sunshine and such a joy to be in her care. Dr Liew thank whole heartedly for everything. You light up a room just by being in it. Really appreciate absolutely everybody that came through my hospital room and made my stay so comfortable.

I am extremely grateful for the exceptional standard of care, patient journey, and professionalism demonstrated by the staff at Mount Private Hospital. The reception team were incredibly friendly, and I was warmly greeted by Slavica, who completed my pre-admissions and escorted me to reception for the Day of Procedure Unit. The nurses who attended to me were attentive and compassionate, providing the utmost care both pre- and post-surgery. I am especially grateful to my ENT surgeon, Dr Francis Chai, and his wonderful surgical team. Thank you to Rose, Steph, Sonia, Annie, Cynthia, Kim, Ella, Susan, Tanya, Weini, Edwin, and the orderlies for looking after me so well. I felt completely supported and cared for while I was in pain and recovering from sedation. I am currently recovering well and cannot express my gratitude enough to everyone who attended to me. Thank you, Mount Private Hospital Staff and Management.
